Qatar purchasing weapons and munitions for I$I$ mercenary lunatics

Last year I went to Qatar on three separate trips on business with the intention of selling products manufactured in Japan. The products included heavy equipment, sushi, scaffolding, high tech freezers for the food and hotel industry and fire extinguishers. One other product that we were interested in selling in Qatar was a very high quality resin used in the construction of aquariums.  The business and sales turned out to be a complete disaster. The Japanese man who I had met earlier in the year and went to Qatar with on two previous trips, turned out to be a complete charlatan falsely representing himself as being capable and well connected in Qatar. He had given the initial impression he was connected to a member of the Qatar royal family and that this “Sheik” as he was referred to, would introduce us to his contacts in Qatar who would be interested in promoting sales in Qatar of the manufactured products from Japan we were representing.

Turns out the Japanese man had no experience and didn’t really know what he was doing subsequently wasting an enormous amount of money including mine. He exaggerated his claims about his ability and contacts. While in Qatar on my last trip deciding to go alone, it turned out to be a good experience.  Returned to Japan a lot more knowledgeable about Qatar than when I left and broke ties with the incompetent Japanese man. What was astonishing to me when I was introduced to this Sheik referred to by my Japanese partner, was how flippant and arrogant this Sheik character treated me. We were introduced in a restaurant in the hotel we were staying at several hours after arriving at the New Doha International Airport. My first impression after meeting this “Sheik” was, “what a prick.” All I can conclude is what a bunch of scoundrels running the gas station of Qatar. Here is a picture I took of the hotel I stayed in while in Qatar which sits right on the Persian Gulf.

QatarNow it turns out that Qatar has been purchasing weapons and munitions used by the ISIS Takfiri Islamic mercenary lunatics rampaging through Syria. While in Qatar, I was perplexed by the people of Qatar which there are roughly 300,000 who are citizens, the rest are foreigners who are in Qatar building infrastructure and there basically making money off of one project or another from Qatar’s gas wealth. That wealth is controlled by Britain through Exxon Mobil and British Petroleum essentially. Qatar is a really freaky “country” if that’s what it could be called. My guess is that Qatar will not risk any threats to its revenue from gas sales especially LNG gas. That is what Syria was threatening to do with contracts with the Russians for pipeline construction going around Qatar. It is enormously expensive producing LNG gas while the pipeline construction projects in Syria with Russia would have provided much cheaper gas to Europe under cutting prices of gas from Qatar.

Building Air Defense for ISIS: A Qatar – Ukraine Link

The fact that the ISIS infrastructure in Syria and Iraq is absolutely vulnerable to the airstrikes of the international coalition is not doubtful. During the last week only the Russian Air Force and Navy hit around 826 ISIS targets (training camps, munition and explosives plants, depots, oil refinery and transport objects) causing critical damage to the terrorist groups and its revenue sources. The sponsors of the ISIS are certainly committed to acquire and supply to the jihadist brigades the air defense systems efficient enough to at least hamper the activities of the coalition in the Syrian sky.

Back in September 2015, being aware of the Russian plans to launch anti-terrorist air campaign, a Qatari delegation from the Ministry of Defense came to Kiev to take part in the Arms and Security Expo, September 22-27, 2015:

They reached a deal with UkrOboronProm (a state-run Ukrainian arms trader) to purchase the modernized Air Defense Missile Complex “Pechora-2D”:

On Sept. 30 Volodimir Kuruts, the Trade Councellor of the Ukrainian Embassy in Qatar, writes to his business contact in Cyprus Vasyl Babytskiy, director of the Blessway Ltd:

“Thank you for Morocco and Saudi contacts. It was right in time. The locals have been to Kiev at the Expo, are about to buy “Pechora” and something more serious. The issue of delivery is pending. Our side will not able to do that. You have a chance to make good money. Try to talk to the military guys. The probability is high as the yankees agreed. Bulgarians and Turks are aware, the route is the same…”

Take note that it is the same Vasyl Babitskiy who resold 265 outdated Poland-made anti-aircraft autocannons to Saudi Arabia (eventually to the same ISIS), originally dedicated for the Ukrainian Ministry of Interior.

The revealed information clearly indicates that the Qatar Ministry of Defense is arranging supplies of the Ukrainian air defense systems to Syria-based terrorist organizations via Bulgaria and Turkey. The US officers in Qatar have approved the deals. Taking into account that “Pechora 2D” system is able to strike the aircrafts at the heights up to 21 km, the investigation of the A321 Metrojet downfall over Sinai may receive an unexpected turn…
