Did it appear that between September 12th and 19th that China and Russia sent a very loud message to Japan and the US over the South China Sea? It certainly did to me with Russia and China concluding a joint military exercise in the South China Sea. Have a look at this great video footage with helicopters and warships dominating the South China Sea, as Russia and China conducted their joint eight-day naval exercises, called Joint Sea 2016. There were a total of 18 ships and supply vessels, 21 aircraft and over 250 Chinese-Russian service personnel who took part in the Joint Sea 2016 naval drills between September 12-19 in the South China Sea. Certainly looks to me a very string message is being sent to Japan and the US. And also notice that Russia’s Borei-class nuclear-powered ballistic submarine Alexander Nevsky, was sent to join the Russian Navy’s Pacific Fleet back in early September.
