Japanese man beats to death his victim to receive welfare benefits and care while imprisoned

Japan is the only country possibly where murder takes place in which the perpetrator intentionally kills his victim in order to serve time in prison where he will be taken care of up until his execution if given the death penalty. A 32 year-old Japanese man beat to death with a steel pipe a stranger ambushing the victim when the victim exited a toilet in a park in Oiso in Kanagawa, Japan yesterday. First thing that comes to mind is where is compensation to the victim’s family? The obviously disturbed thug will be taken care of by the government of Japan, possibly even for the rest of his life while incarcerated. Perhaps to deter further acts of intended benefits from welfare with crimes involving murder, the criminal after a court hearing and found guilty, should be put to death immediately to deter (regardless what anti-death penalty advocates think) any future similar acts of such senseless (not in the eyes of the thug) violence. Hemp isn’t used in executions by hanging in Japan, a well lubricated steel cable is used instead.

Man beats stranger to death in order to get arrested

March 15, 2017

KANAGAWA — A 32-year-old man who beat a stranger to death outside a toilet in a park in Oiso, Kanagawa Prefecture, said he did it in order to get arrested, police said Tuesday.

According to police, the suspect, Yu Goto, a self-styled company employee, attacked a 44-year-old man, whom he did not know, with a metal pipe as he came out of the toilet in Oisojoyama Park just after 6 p.m. Monday, Fuji TV reported. Goto then went to a public phone in front of a police station about 900 meters from the park, called 110 and said he had just killed a man.

The victim, Tomoyoshi Yoshikawa, was taken to hospital with a crushed skull and was pronounced dead on arrival.

Goto was quoted by police as saying he did not know Yoshikawa and just wanted to kill someone so he could get arrested.
