Every year May 1 Japanese employees get uppity about their corporate status

Japan’s government run by its mercantile-run corporations will basically tell these protestors in Japan to take a hike. Activists, including members of trade unions and political organizations, took to the streets of Tokyo for a large International Workers’ Day (May Day) march on Monday of last week, to demand better working conditions and benefits. Earlier, Prime Minister Shinzo Abe declared that he was going to introduce fair eight-hour working day wages and expand the social security system, including pensions and medical care. That argument has been going on long before Shinzo has been PM and will continue on long after he is no longer the PM.
